Refund policy

Returns and Refunds are only accepted if the product is not as described by us such as undisclosed defects.

Items purchased from Habana Secs can be returned within 14 working days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. Sale items and items categorized as defective are not eligible for a refund request. If you decide to return the items, you must inform us by sending an email to the following address habanasecs@gmail.com
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days. You will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
