Returns

We accept returns only in the case of undisclosed defects. If an item arrives with a defect that was not mentioned or shown in the listing, you may contact us to arrange a return.

Please note that returns or refunds are NOT accepted for sizing issues. For every item, we provide exact measurements , which can be found in the last product photos and description of the each listed item . We strongly recommend comparing these measurements with a similar item you already own to ensure the best fit.

Are there customs fees for international orders?
It differs from country to country, the items are sent as low value and gifts.
What do the conditions mean?
Immaculate/Like New/VNDS = No signs of wear, can pass as new (10/10)
Excellent Condition = No flaws, excellent condition for the age of the item (8-9/10)
Great Condition = Possible minor flaws, worn but plenty of life left (6-8/10)
Good Condition = Minor Flaws such as faint marks/damage to hems (5-6/10)
Fair Condition = Flaws as shown (Less than 5/10) 
ALL THE FLAWS/MARKS/FADED PARTS are shown in the attached pictures, check them carefully before place your order.
Can I make you an offer on an item?
On our website this isn't possible, over on our Vinted: habana_secs we consider offers on items that have been listed for a long time.
Is it possible to return if the item doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns due to sizing, we include measurements to ensure this doesn't happen.
